Thank you for choosing Asia Travels for booking your flight ticket(s)! We strive to provide you with the best travel experience and prioritize your satisfaction. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before finalizing your booking.

Your Booking Details

 Date Validity

• Maximum and Minimum Date Validity: The date validity of your flight ticket, including any allowed changes, varies by airline. Please inquire with our consultant  about these terms during the booking process to ensure clarity.

Tentative Booking

• Seat Reservation: Your current booking is a tentative reservation. To confirm and secure it, please make the payment promptly . Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation .

Booking Expiry

• Validity: Asia Travels Pty. Ltd cannot guarantee the existence of your booking beyond 08:00 PM  on the day of booking. Prompt action is required to avoid cancellation.

Last-Minute Departures

• Booking Cancellation: For departures within 48 hours, all bookings will be automatically canceled within 30 minutes if payment is not made, especially for last-minute or emergency tickets .

Duplicate Bookings

• Cancellation Risk: If you make a duplicate booking with another travel agent, your reservation may be canceled without notice. Please ensure you have only one active booking .

Responsibility Disclaimer

Asia Travels Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any alterations or corrections to your booking after payment and ticket issuance . This includes:

• Incorrect Spelling: Bookings with spelling errors will be canceled (non-refundable), and a new booking must be made.
• Visa Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary visas for your travel. Asia Travels is not liable for any issues arising from a lack of proper visas .
• Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your travel date .
• Dates & Times: It is your responsibility to ensure that the travel dates and times meet your preferences before payment. No changes can be made afterward .

Transit Hotel if Required

For transit accommodation needs, please contact the Asia Travels customer care team for assistance .

Important Rules

Ticket Refunds

• Non-Refundable Policy: All tickets purchased are generally non-refundable . Exceptions may apply based on the booking class and airline policy, but significant penalties will apply. Once travel has commenced, any remaining portion of the booking cannot be refunded. Please carefully consider this before finalizing your travel arrangements .

Date Change

• Changes and Penalties: Date changes may be permitted, subject to penalties and fare differences . Confirm these conditions before requesting any changes.

Luggage Options

• Price Variations: Different pricing options are available based on your luggage requirements. Please discuss these with our consultant during booking .

Booking Expiry

• Extension: Bookings automatically expire after 08:00 PM  on the day of booking. To extend it for 24 hours, if payment is not made within this time frame, please contact our customer care numbers  at +61422316625 or +61402762446 as soon as possible.

Rates & Payment Options

• Credit Card Payment: We offer the convenience of credit card payment with an additional surcharge. A surcharge starting from 1.63% will apply for card payments . If you prefer, you may choose to do an online transfer, and the details are included in the Flight booking Email we sent to you .

Payment and Confirmation

To secure your reservation, please ensure timely payment and send the receipt as a reply to the booking email . Your booking is confirmed only after the payment has been processed .
