Welcome to Asia Travels! By booking a tour with us, you ("the client," "you," or "your") agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and participation in tours organized by Asia Travels Pty Ltd ("Asia Travels," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed when we receive the required deposit or full payment and you receive a confirmation email from Asia Travels.
1.2 Payment Schedule
- A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour's departure date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
1.3 Payment Methods
- Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other payment methods as specified by Asia Travels.
1.4 Currency
- All payments are to be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) .
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Client Cancellations
- If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply. The amount of the refund, if any, depends on the date of cancellation:
- 60 days or more before departure: Full refund, less the deposit.
- 30-59 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
2.2 Asia Travels Cancellations
- We reserve the right to cancel any tour for reasons including, but not limited to, insufficient participants, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund of the amount paid, or they may choose an alternative tour.
2.3 Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request. Payment will be made via the original payment method.
3. Travel Insurance

- All clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, and baggage loss .
4. Tour Changes and Itinerary
4.1 Itinerary Changes
- Asia Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide equivalent or similar services.
4.2 Changes by Clients
- Any changes requested by the client to the confirmed itinerary must be made in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 .Passport and Visa
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and any required visas for the destinations included in the tour.
5.2 .Health and Fitness
- Clients must be in good health and physically able to participate in the tour. It is the client's responsibility to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation.
5.3 .Behavior
- Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner. Asia Travels reserves the right to remove any client from the tour for inappropriate behaviour without a refund.
6. Liability
6.1 Limitation of Liability
- Asia Travels is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, accidents, or acts of terrorism.
6.2 Third-Party Services
- Asia Travels is not responsible for any third-party services, including transportation, accommodation, and activities, provided during the tour. The terms and conditions of these third parties apply.
7. Force Majeure
- Asia Travels shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or military usurpation of power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, interruption or failure of electricity, or telephone service, and any other cause beyond our control.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Complaints
- Any complaints must be reported immediately to the tour leader or Asia Travels representative. If the issue is not resolved on the spot, the complaint must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the tour's end.
8.2 . Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By booking a tour with Asia Travels, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any disputes arising from these terms and conditions.
10. Flight Cancellation Policy
At Asia Travels, we understand the importance of your time and money. To ensure a smooth travel experience, we highly recommend that you complete online check-in with each airline at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. This will allow you to verify your flight details and be promptly informed of any schedule changes or cancellations.
